I loved this painting so much that I painted another version of it for a special collector of my work. By the time she reached out to buy it, it had already found another home. For many paintings I wouldn't want to paint again. Once I've figured out the details and sorted out the composition, I want to move on to the next idea... but I liked this one enough that it was a joy to revisit it.
